Brewer's Greenhouse is a local family greenhouse dedicated to offering our customers quality resonably priced bedding plants, containers and perennial plants that are regionally grown. We strive to offer the best shopping experience by providing a wide variety of plants and the knowledge to make those plants flourish. We want to help you beautify your living space.
Nursery Kids' Day
Each year we host many young students from the Reed Point elementary, the After School Club, and other youth groups as they learn about plants. We give a short tour explaining a few chosen plants and have a scavenger hunt. After the hunt, the kids get to plant their containers and take them home. If you have a group and would like to do this, give us a call or email and we will help you plan your adventure in planting.
Cooking with Herbs

So you have planted your herb pots, now what? Join us as we welcome Linda Horst back for an evening of testing and tasting. Appetizers, drinks, main dishes and desserts are all enhanced with the use of fresh herbs. You will want to grow them year 'round.
Plant a flower container
5:30-7 on Thursdays from mid May to mid June
This is the time for adults to join us for planting fun. Bring your container or buy one of ours. Learn what thriller, filler and spiller are and see what new, exciting plants we have that could enhance your yard, patio, or home. We give a short little lesson on eye appeal and planting tips. Then you are set loose to plant your own container. There might be wine and chocolate!
Gardening 101
May 1- June 27
Get a jumpstart on your garden. We have many variety of tomato plants-determinate, indeterminate, cherry to beefsteak, heirloom and new varieties. We also have starters from artichoke to zuchinni. Our two master gardeners will help you select the plants you want and assist you with the knowledge to have a productive garden. If you haven't had home grown veggies, you are in for a real treat.
